We’re here to help with Bond on the web and in Microsoft Teams.

Please include your company name, what you were doing, and roughly when it happened. You don’t need a Bond account to contact us.

Bond needs a Bond account for your company. Start a free trial or talk to a founder.

1:1 chat: message Bond directly to ask questions, get your daily briefing and approve actions.
Channels and group chats: @mention Bond to ask about the conversation. Bond replies in the same thread.
Notifications: install Bond for yourself (personal app) to receive briefings and reminders.
Your Microsoft Teams account is matched to your Bond account by your work email. If Bond says you don’t have access yet, ask your Bond admin to invite you, or contact us.

Bond reads Microsoft Teams and Outlook with each user’s own permission. A few things need an admin first:

Allow the Bond app in Teams admin center → Teams apps → Manage apps.
Approve Bond for channels and meeting transcripts. Your Bond admin can send you an approval link from Bond’s settings. You can also grant consent in the Microsoft Entra admin center → Enterprise applications → Bond → Permissions.
Turn on transcript access if you want Bond to use meeting transcripts: Teams admin center → Meetings → Meeting settings → Transcript API access → Microsoft Graph access.

Bond’s answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. To report an answer that’s incorrect, inappropriate or harmful:

To remove Bond from Microsoft Teams, uninstall the app. To stop syncing, disconnect Microsoft in Bond → Settings → Integrations.
